I just bought the Buns of steel collection volume 2 with (legs of steel, buns of steel and abs of steel). How often should each video be done. Each day, every other day? I know from past experience from the original VHS tapes that legs of steel would be to hard to do each day as my legs will be week and I will fall over. LOL. Reply
